Philip Jorden is a Certified FocalPoint Business and Executive Coach where he works with Small and medium size business owners who want to take their business to the next level.

Philip is an expert in management, operations, accounting, customer service, leadership, and consulting. He helps his clients in building effective teams, reviewing financial results, and planning for the future through operational and strategic planning.

Prior to joining FocalPoint, Philip was the Director of Ambulatory Services at St. Luke’s Episcopal Health System, where he led a team of colleagues and direct reports that built a major service from inception to a mature business unit. From this business unit, the overall organization was generating 35% of its operation profit with only 5% of the overall staff.

A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, Philip has come to realize that there is nothing too great that will dampen the human spirit and drive. After losing two of his biggest assets – his home and car due to flooding brought on by a hurricane, he has bounced back to a greater level of personal confidence and satisfaction in only a couple of years.
