Mark Rhodes

Mark Rhodes is a Certified FocalPoint Business and Executive Coach, where he works with Financial Service Executives, Entrepreneurs and Business Owners. Mark’s expertise is helping his clients realize their full potential in achieving growth in revenues, client acquisition, team development and efficiencies in processes which may seem out of reach based on their current business operating model.

Mark is an expert in sales, marketing, business development, recruiting, leadership, and talent development, as such he is able to assist his clients in many different areas. The hallmarks of his best relationships have always had the following traits; trust, vulnerability, transparency, and a safe environment to experiment with change in pursuit of excellence and personal fulfillment.

Prior to joining FocalPoint, for 35 plus years, Mark worked at Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan, both financial services firms. He held positions such as Senior Managing Director and Market Executive where he developed and delivered market strategy around leadership, growth, customer acquisition, employee recruiting and retention, and P&L ownership. Mark spent his youth and early adult life exposed to the small business entrepreneurial environment as his family was involved in retail family owned businesses.

A graduate of Missouri State University, Mark has been married for 38 years to his wife Cheryl. She is an inspiration to Mark in that she is an artist in pursuit of her passion for creativity. They have two great boys together and Mark values his health and sports activities.
