Alex Valderrey is a Certified FocalPoint Business and Executive Coach where he works to educate business leaders and entrepreneurs, helping them to develop a profound understanding of their business environment and placing their business (or just ‘them’) in a better competitive mode of operation.

Alex is an operations veteran and prior to joining FocalPoint, he’s had extensive experience in the areas of engineering, manufacturing, process optimization, and quality. In a career spanning over 30 years, Alex has held senior leadership positions while serving some multinational giants in the aerospace and defense industry such as Safran and Leonardo. He’s committed and passionate about helping others overcome communication barriers and strengthening team cohesiveness through professional business coaching.

In his free time, Alex enjoys life in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex area and takes in plays and other stage performances accompanied by his wife, Leslye, of 16 years, and their two daughters. Alex also enjoys walking in the natural areas surrounding local lakes and traveling to the many different areas of Texas, the southwest, and the world.
