      Having gone through several acquisitions in her corporate career, she understands the growing pains of running a business. She also recognizes the isolation and frustration that business leaders can experience in today’s chaotic and uncertain business landscape. Her expertise lies in guiding her clients to gain clarity on their goals, particularly the true potential for their business,and mapping out a plan to achieve them. She leverages innovative solutions, providing the necessary support and accountability throughout their journey.

      Isi brings experience in leading successful cross-functional teams, implementing global strategic initiatives, managing change, shaping organizational culture, and fostering employee engagement. A graduate of the University of Benin, she holds a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from Boston University Metropolitan College and is PMP certified.

      She enjoys reading, exercising, traveling, contributing to her community, and connecting with family, friends, and her faith community.
