Miguel Marquez is a Certified FocalPoint Business and Executive Coach and he works with executives, small business owners, and sales teams.

Prior to joining FocalPoint, Miguel worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Hospice El Paso Inc, a healthcare organization specializing in hospice care. In his 17 years at the company, Miguel spent his time developing leadership teams, reducing costs, implementing business process improvements, and cultivating a teamwork environment.

He attended the University of Texas at El Paso where he earned a Project Mngmt. Certification. and graduated from the University of Phoenix. Miguel is dedicated to the community and involved in several service organizations including Rotary, The Salvation Army and many other community projects. He has a deep love for dogs and owns three feisty Yorkies.
