Bill Bolton is the CEO of Keystone Coaching, LLC. An expert in business management and team development, he works with motivated owners and senior executives who seek higher performance in their business. Bill collaborates with small- to middle-market clients achieving faster growth, improving profitability, attracting and retaining better talent, and making sound decisions.

An inquisitive problem solver, he assists leaders in improving efficiency and effectiveness by providing a customized individual coaching program to uncover new insights, clarify strategies, and develop action plans that achieve lasting results. A Certified FocalPoint Business Coach, Bill draws on his extensive experience as a company president and leader in strategy, acquisitions, sales, and operations. Bill’s personal expertise spans diverse industries such as water treatment, medical devices, lighting, component technologies, and commercial products with companies including Chem-Aqua, Welch Allyn, Cooper Industries and Nestle.

Life is busy but Bill makes time for outdoor sports and adventures with his family, bike rides and weekend cruises on his Harley to lunch in the country.

Bill lives in Plano, Texas with his wife, Kimberly, and has three sons in their 20s. Bill is a Mechanical Engineering graduate of Lehigh University and received his MBA at the Harvard Business School.
